NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE

TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, on December 6, 2021, BRYAN LOUIS GUIDRY AND VICTORIA LYNNE GUIDRY, by Deed of Trust of record in Record Book 368, at Page 27, in the Register’s Office of Benton County, Tennessee, conveyed the following described property in trust to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of Thirty-Six Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($36,000.00), payable to CARROLL BANK & TRUST; and

Guidry, dated December 6, 2021, and of record in Record Book 368, page 23, in the Register’s Office of Benton County, Tennessee.  Victoria Lynne Guidry was awarded the real property by the Chancery Court of Benton County, Tennessee, in the Final Decree of Divorce styled:  Victoria Lynne Guidry vs Bryan Louis Guidry, Case No. 5233, said Final Decree being of record in Record Book 428, at Page 665, in the Register’s Office of Benton County, Tennessee.

The street address of the above-described property is believed to be 1375 Cotton Creek Rd., Camden, Tennessee but such address is not part of the legal description of the property sold herein and in the event of any discrepancy, the legal description herein shall control.
