Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated OCTOBER 7, 2024, executed by ADDISON ONEAL PICKETT, A SINGLE WOMAN, to HYWATER TITLE, LLC, Trustee, of record in RECORD  BOOK 419, PAGE 656, for the benefit of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FAIRWAY INDEPENDENT MORTGAGE CORPORATION, in the Register's Office for BENTON County, Tennessee and to J. TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, Jessica Leigh Hill and Brittany Nichole Robbins, by Deed of Trust dated April 23, 2018, and recorded in the Register's Office of Benton County, Tennessee, in Record Book 303, Page 348, conveyed to John W. Whitworth, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of a certain installment note and any renewals thereof; and
