Benton County’s United Way “Good Neighbor” Radio Auction got off to a strong start Monday, Oct. 10, and is pushing forward into its second week. The event will enjoy a full three-week run this fall, but don’t miss the chance to win some great food or other auction items each day.

Listen to radio station WRJB-FM 95.9 from 1-5 p.m. each weekday and call in your bids to 731-441-4466 or 731-441-9748. Auction items are offered in 30-minute slots. Any item valued higher than $75 will be offered for auction on the final day, Friday, Oct. 28.

Everyone will have the same chance to bid on the phone or come into the FUMC gym to look at items and bid. View items in advance on the “United Way Radio Auction of Benton County” page, then follow the auction live on the radio or on Facebook.

All donations or auction items should be dropped off at the First United Methodist Church (FUMC) gym in Camden as in years past. Volunteers will be available to accept items each day from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Each day, lunch is available from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., while supplies last. For one low price, get a meal, including a dessert and drink. Everyone is welcome to dine in at FUMC or pick up a meal to go. Upcoming meals and daily item donors include:
