TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, MALLORY SHANNON, by Deed of Trust dated March 29, 2022, and recorded in the Register's Office of Benton County, Tennessee, in Record Book 375, Page 362, conveyed to John W. Whitworth, Trustee, in the Register’s Office of Benton County, Tennessee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of a certain installment note and any renewals thereof; and
