Last Cruise-In for the year is Saturday

Posted

These cool, crisp fall mornings are making that first sip of coffee in the morning all that much better. I love fall and I am so glad that it has finally arrived!

Congratulations to the Benton County Minor League Football teams, who played their last games this past Saturday. From flag football to senior league, each of these kids commit to practice, play with their heart, and genuinely love the game. Thank you to the BCMLF football board members for volunteering their time to make sure our kids get to play minor league football!

Chamber Spotlight

Chamber ribbon cuttings are just my favorite for two great reasons. First, it means that we have a new business, someone that invested their time and money in opening up a new facility in Benton County. Second, if the business in not new, then that means a current business had expanded, and growth is good!

In this case, the Benton County/Camden Chamber of Commerce is proud to welcome a brand new business to the county, the DayMaker Café. Join us on Friday, Nov. 2, at 11 a.m. at the DayMaker Café on the court square to celebrate the Chamber’s newest member.

And if you have not tried any of their menu items, you are definitely missing out. I started this article talking about coffee, and I highly recommend their mocha. Take a friend, take your laptop or tablet, or just stop by for a meal. DayMaker Café is where it’s at, so check them out!
