By the authority granted by an "Order" filed in the above styled case on September 8, 2025 and entered of record in Minute Book 88, Page 518, I, Timothy R. Burrus, Special Commissioner, will on November 14, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., offer for sale to the highest and best bidder, the real property in the matter of The Estate of Sarah Mae Markham, as set out in said "Order”.
LOCATION OF SALE: The Real Estate will be sold in the Benton County Chancery Courtroom, 1 Court Square, Camden, Tennessee. A sale sign will be posted at the sight of the property to be sold.

LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:
Located in the 8th Civil District of Benton County, Tennessee, and being Tax Map 028, Parcel 088.00, in the Assessor’s Office of Benton County, Tennessee, and appearing in Deed Book 57, Page 87, in the Register's Office of Benton County, Tennessee.
TERMS OF SALE:
Said real property will be sold for cash, 10% down on the day of the sale, with the balance due upon confirmation of the sale by the Court. The sale will be held open for ten (10) days (until November 24, 2025, at 12:00 Noon) during which time a person may come into the office of the Clerk and Master at the Benton County Courthouse and raise the highest bid received at the auction by ten percent (10%) and will be required to deposit ten percent (10%) of the raised bid price with the Court. Upon the bid being raised, a second and final auction will be held at the Benton County Courthouse, Chancery Courtroom, 1 Court Square, Camden, Tennessee, on November 24, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. The highest bidder at the second and final auction will be the buyer. Should the bid not be raised, the high bidder from the first sale will be the successful buyer. Possession of the real property will be upon delivery of the deed. The purchaser shall be responsible for all future property taxes from the date of closing forward and shall be prorated at closing.
This property is offered and sold as is, in the present condition, with no warranties or representations, express or implied, not noted herein. While Chancery sales are conclusive upon all parties to the action and generally confer a good title, nevertheless there is no warranty of title. The sale is subject to the confirmation of the Court.

The 24th Judicial District Drug Task Force is seeking the owners of an abandoned piece of equipment that is currently located at the 24th Judicial District Drug Task Force 4170 Highway 641 South Camden, TN. The vehicle’s description is listed below. Pursuant to T.C.A. § 55-16-105(c), the 24th Judicial District Drug Task Force is making public notice that any individual with a claim on the below listed equipment please contact the 24th Judicial District Drug Task Force at 731-584-3454 and ask for Director Tim Meggs before 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025. As provided in Tennessee law, the failure of the owner or lienholder(s) to exercise their right to reclaim the vehicle within the time provided shall be deemed a waiver by the owner(s) and all lienholder(s) of all right, title and interest in the equipment and consent to the sale of the abandoned, immobile, or unattended equipment at a public auction. If no response is received, the equipment will be sold at public auction pursuant to T.C.A. § 55-16-106.
