WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated March 19, 2024, executed by KARL D MORGAN conveying certain real property therein described to WILSON & ASSOCIATES P.L.L.C., as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register`s Office of Benton County, Tennessee recorded April 12, 2024, in Deed Book 409, Page 529; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC who is now the owner of said debt; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register's Office of Benton County, Tennessee.

Bids will be accepted at the Benton County BOE, 197 Briarwood Street, Camden TN 38320 until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 20, 2025. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “BOE Mowing Bid”.
