U.S.C. 7425(b) was timely provided and the sale of the land advertised will be subject to the right of the U.S. to redeem the land as provided in 26 U.S.C. 7425(d)(1). TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, on February 5, 2021, ANT SAVINGS CORP., by Deed of Trust of record in Record Book 348, at Page 603, in the Register’s Office of Benton County, Tennessee, conveyed the following described property in trust to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of One Million Eighty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($1,087,500.00), payable to CARROLL BANK & TRUST; and
