THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, AND ANY INFORMATION GATHERED IN CONNECTION HEREWITH WILL BE UTILIZED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated June 28, 2024, and the Deed of Trust of even date, securing said Deed of Trust Note recorded on July 1, 2024 in Record Book 414, at Page 499 as Instrument No. 117629, in the Register's office of Benton County, Tennessee, executed by Justin Dale Ellis, conveying certain property described therein to Scott R.
