Notice is hereby given that on 13th day of July, 2026, letters testamentary in respect (or of administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Alice Tharp Douglas, who died June 4, 2026, were issued to the undersigned by the Clerk and Master of Benton County, Tennessee. CITY OF CAMDEN

CAMDEN CITY HALL

INVITATION TO BID

The City of Camden will be accepting sealed bids from flooring contractors to supply materials and labor to remove all existing carpeting and tile and to replace all carpet areas with 80 loop commercial grade carpet and replace tile areas with LVT plank flooring. Colors will be decided from manufacturers sample boards. A site visit will be required to get exact measurements of rooms. City Hall is located at 110 Hwy 641 South, Camden, TN. Contractors may schedule a site visit by contacting Bill Uchyn at 731-584-4656.

Contractor must provide copy of license, bond, and certificate of insurance.  Any subcontractors used for the project must be licensed and insured if work exceeds $25,000.00.

Bids will be accepted through Friday, July 31, 2026, until 2:00pm.

Bid will be awarded at Camden City Hall during the regular meeting of the Mayor and Board on August 10, 2026, at the hour of 5:30 p.m.

The City of Camden reserves the right to reject any and all bids regardless of the costs.
