Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of January, 2026, letters testamentary (or of administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Sandra Yvonne Kelley, who died December 31, 2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Clerk and Master of Benton County, Tennessee.
