This being the same property conveyed to Thomas McEwin, by virtue of a Warranty Deed dated October 20, 2015, from Lesley Taylor Medlin, filed for record October 27, 2015, at 3:29 p.m., in Record Book 269, Page 147, in the Register’s Office of Benton County, Tennessee. Thomas McEwin is now deceased, but a date of death has not been verified nor any known heirs.
This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights or redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose.
