WHEREAS, Stanley D. Allen, III and Billie Sue Arnold Allen, by Deed of Trust dated June 23, 2023, and recorded in the Register's Office of Benton County, Tennessee, in Record Book 397, Page 146, conveyed to Steven P. Disser, Esq, Trustee, and subsequently to John W. Whitworth, by instrument of record in Record Book 425, Page 2730, in the Register’s Office of Benton County, Tennessee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of a certain installment note and any renewals thereof; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness and the holder of the note has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided in the Deed of Trust.
