                It appearing to the Court from the sworn Motion, testimony, and affidavit filed in this cause that the whereabouts of the Defendant, Austin Barner, are presently unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, so that ordinary process cannot be served upon him. Therefore, this Order of Publication should be published in the Camden Chronicle located in Camden, Tennessee, as the best possible notice to the defendant under the circumstances.

                Defendant, Austin Barner, is hereby required to appear and file an answer with Timothy R. Burrus, the Clerk & Master of the Benton County Chancery Court, Benton County Courthouse, 1 Court Square, Room 206, Camden, Tennessee, or otherwise defend against the Complaint for Divorce and serve an answer to said Complaint by the 16th day of October, 2025, which is no less than (30) days from the last day of publication of this notice, and send a copy of said answer to Marcus D. Noles, Attorney for Plaintiff in this cause,  whose address is 116 E. Main Street Camden, Tennessee, 38320, or default judgment will be entered against the Defendant, and this cause set for hearing in the Chancery Court of Benton County, Tennessee.

                If there is no answer, a hearing on Plaintiff’s Motion for Default shall be heard on the next available court date on November 17, 2025
