CITY OF CAMDEN

POLICE DEPARTMENT

INVITATION TO BID

The City of Camden Police Department will be accepting bids from general contractors to do a remodeling project at 119 W Main St. Contractor must provide copy of license, bond, and certificate of insurance. Any subcontractors used for the project must be licensed and insured if work exceeds $25,000.00. The scope of work includes: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, to include ceiling grid tile, masonry, painting, and flooring. Work will be interior and some exterior. Details of the remodel will be given at a jobsite meeting to be held on July 15th at 10a.m. Any interested parties should attend. Any questions prior to the meeting should be directed to Bill Uchyn at City Hall, 731-584-4656.

The job will be done in stages as to not interfere with regular operations of the Police department. A schedule will be provided and adhered to.

Bids will be accepted through Friday, August 1, 2025, until 2:00pm.

The bid will be awarded at Camden City Hall during the regular meeting of the Mayor and Board on August 11, 2025, at the hour of 5:30pm.

The City of Camden reserves the right to reject any and all bids regardless of the costs.
