WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 28, 2009, executed by KELLY L. BELL AND JESSICA L. BELL HUSBAND AND WIFE, to Old Republic Title Company of Tennessee, as Trustee for MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS BENEFICIARY, AS NOMINEE FOR CRESCENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, its successors and assigns, recorded on June 2, 2009 in Book 185, Page 603, Instrument Number: 66798 , in the Register of Deeds Office for Benton County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made; and

All Departments of Benton County Government are required to present their proposed Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget to the Benton County Budget Committee. To schedule an appointment, contact the Benton County Mayor’s Office. Department heads must go before the budget committee on Thursday, March 6, 2025 between 8:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Benton County Public Library. Budget requests must be submitted to the Mayor’s Office by February 24, 2025.

NON-PROFIT FUNDING REQUESTS

All non-profits who have requested funding from the Benton County Budget Committee for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 need to schedule an appointment, by contacting the Benton County Mayor’s Office, to go before the budget committee on Friday, March 7, 2025 between 8:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Benton County Public Library. NOTICE TO CITY OF CAMDEN

2024 TAXPAYERS

On March 1, 2025, unpaid 2024 property taxes will bear interest of one & one half of one percent (1.5%). An additional 1 ½% will be added each month thereafter, (Ref: TCA 67-5-2010). Taxpayers, save this additional cost by taking care of 2024 taxes by February 28, 2025.

TO 2023 TAXPAYERS

You are advised, after March 1, 2025, additional interest and cost will be imposed in consequence of suits to be filed for enforcement of the lien for property taxes for prior years; until the filing of such suits, taxes may be paid in the City Clerk’s office at Camden City Hall.
