The Letters to Santa have been flowing into the office. We share inputting them into our Word docs so that Santa may read them in our special Letters to Santa special section that will come out just in time for Christmas reading.

It is always a joy to read over the letters from all the boys and girls in our readership area,
Preliminary indications of hot items asked for include LOL dolls, hover boards, slime, remote-controlled cars and airplanes, drones, laptops, tablets, Barbie dolls, dirt bikes, Nintendo Switch, Xboxes and the assorted games that go with them.

From the looks of it, Santa will have a variety of delicious cookies and milk and carrots for the reindeer.

Kids of all ages seem to have heightened anticipation of the arrival of the “Jolly ole Elf” on Christmas Eve.

Of course all the girls and boys have been good, according to the letters that are now coming in. Some admit that they have “tried to be good”.

Many of the letters ask for gifts for brothers and sisters, Moms and Dads, aunts and uncles, grands and cousins.

From the looks of it the elves will be especially busy filling these Christmas wish lists.
Some thank Santa for the gifts they received last year and some ask Santa questions such as “how do reindeer fly?”, “where do you get your magic?” and even “how many cookies do you eat on Christmas eve?”

Look for these letters from local kids in the special section. They are grouped by classes for easy identification.

What is on your Christmas wish list?

The editors ask that readers also submit fun Christmas pictures for consideration. So, what are we waiting for? Christmas is right around the corner, less than two weeks away.
