GENERAL SESSIONS

On 9/16/20, the following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury/Circuit Court:

Bobby Wayne Bedwell, theft of property up to $60,000, alter/falsify/forge title/plate/assignment, fraud by altering/changing engine/serial number.

Jeremy Burke, driving while license revoked, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule I, II, and V drugs with intent, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, failure to display registration plates.

Kelsey Huddleston Pearson, aggravated burglary, criminal trespass.

John Paul Todd, assault, theft of property up to $10,000, criminal trespass, theft up to $1,000, two counts evading arrest, second or subsequent driving while license revoked, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

On 9/9 or 9/16/20, the following defendants were charged court costs/taxes, and received fines, sentences, probation, or court orders as indicated:

Elizabeth A. Blythe pled guilty to public intoxication. Fined $50. Sentenced to 30 days, suspeneded to 6 days with credit for time served. Unsupervised probation for 30 days.

Aaron Thomas Bosenbark pled guilty to criminal impersonation and driving while license revoked. Fined $75. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 10 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29.

Joseph Nicholas Brock pled guilty to casual exchange of schedule II and probation violation. Fined $750. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 60 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29.

Christa Sueann Bunch pled guilty to possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and pled to a lesser charge of preventing/obstructing service of legal process. Fined $150. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 20 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29.

Joyce Johnson Clark pled guilty to public intoxication. Fined $50. Sentenced to 30 days, suspended to 9 days with credit for time served. Unsupervised probation for 30 days.

Brandon Marie Earp pled guilty to possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and violation of child restraint law. Fined $200. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended. Supervised probation for 11/29, may become non-reporting once paid in full and after completing 90 days.

Robert Thomas Floyd pled guilty to second or subsequent driving while license revoked. Fined $50. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 14 days with credit for time served. Unsupervised probation for 11/29.

Caleb Michael Freeze pled guilty to disorderly conduct. Fined $50. Sentenced to 30 days, suspended. Unsupervised probation for 30 days.

Scottie Joe Goodman pled guilty to possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Fined $750. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 40 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29. Must complete random drug tests.

Baker Shawn Hardin pled guilty to disorderly conduct and pled to a lesser charge of aggravated criminal trespass. No fine reported. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 30 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29. No contact with victims.

Brenda Helms pled guilty to theft of merchandise up to $1,000. No fine reported. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 2 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29, may become non-reporting once paid in full and after completing 60 days. No contact with Walmart.

Samantha Hollowell pled guilty to theft of merchandise up to $1,000. No fine reported. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 2 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29, may become non-reporting once paid in full and after completing 60 days. No contact with Walmart.

Annetta J. Huffman pled guilty to driving while license revoked. Fined $50. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 2 days. Unsupervised probation for 11/29.

Savannah E. Lenox pled guilty to possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and pled to a lesser charge of casual exchange of schedule II. Fined $900. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 80 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29.

Jonathan Keishawn Jones Llanos pled guilty to resisting stop/arrest/search. Fined $50. Sentenced to 6 months, suspended to 10 days with credit for time served. Unsupervised probation for 6 months.

Aaron Luter pled guilty to probation violation. No fine reported. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 12 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29.

Amy Jill Malugen pled guilty to possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Fined $750. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 30 days with credit for time served. Unsupervised probation for 11/29.

Amelia McColgan pled guilty to possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Fined $500. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended. Supervised probation for 11/29.

Myra Lynn Bonds Siler pled guilty to second or subsequent driving while license canceled and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Fined $175. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended. Supervised probation for 11/29, may become non-reporting once paid in full and after completing 90 days.

Elizabeth Marie Sparks pled guilty to public intoxication and resisting stop/arrest/search. Fined $50. Sentenced to 6 months, suspended to 8 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 6 months. Must complete alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations.

Stephanie R. Thornburg pled guilty to simple possession/casual exchange and improper use of vehicle registration. Fined $775. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 30 days with credit for time served. Terms of probation not reported.

David Troy Medlin, 38, 170 Old Bruceton Rd., Camden. Possession of schedules II, IV, and VI with intent, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm.

Colton Joseph Norton, 31, 685 Hwy. 641 S., Camden. Aggravated burglary, domestic assault, violation of an order of protection, interference with a 911 call, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Ernest Lee Reeves Jr., 38, 120 Huron Ln., Huron. Violation of probation, failure to appear capias.
