General Sessions
On 9/30 or 10/7/20, the following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury/Circuit Court:
David Allen Bonnell, theft up to $1,000, joyriding, evading arrest, theft of property up to $60,000.
Brandi Nichole Bradford, identity theft, two counts possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, introduction of contraband into a penal facility, criminal impersonation, theft of merchandise up to $1,000.
Zachary T. Douglas, aggravated statutory rape, solicitation of a minor, child abuse/neglect/endangerment.
Jonathan Wayne Green, possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Cody Huff, theft up to $1,000.
Monika Laszczkowski, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedules I and II drugs, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, probation violation.

Lindsey Dawn Bartlett pled guilty to probation violation. No fine reported. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 45 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29.
Cody Neil Borchert pled guilty to first offense DUI. Fined $350. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 2 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29.

Kenneth D. Cruse Jr. pled to a lesser charge of possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Fined $300. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended. Unsupervised probation for 11/29.
Darrell Lynn French pled guilty to probation violation and pled to a lesser charge of possession of exchange of methamphetamine. Fined $750. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 30 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29. Must complete random drug tests. Completed 6 months of inpatient drug rehab at Place of Hope and shall receive credit toward his sentence.
Kimberly M. Gann pled guilty to probation violation. No fine reported. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 20 days with credit for time served. Supervsied probation for 11/29, may become non-reporting once paid in full.
