Making the most of 4-H

BENTON COUNTY 4-H CREW – From left, UT/TSU Extension staff Justin Hargrove, Crystal Floyd, and Amy Borque worked hard to ensure that Benton County 4-H students would have fun and successful experiences at the 2022 Benton County Fair.

BUCKAROO MEAT COMPANY – From left, B.J. Sauls, Crystal Floyd, Heather Smith, and Jody Wimberly share a moment at the conclusion of the annual Benton County 4-H ham sale. Buckaroo purchased two hams for a total of $2,000 through the 4-H Ham Program. The sponsors took one ham home, while donating the second ham to a Benton County family in need. This money helps to fund 4-H program scholarships for Benton County youth.

J&J RENTAL – From left, Jody Wimberly, Crystal Floyd, Amy Borque, and Jay Taylor celebrate the end of a successful Benton County 4-H Chick Chain program. J&J Rental donated $2,000 through bidding in the annual Chick Chain event. This money will be used to support 4-H program scholarships for Benton County youth.
