Local named to Belmont Dean’s List

Belmont University in Nashville has announced the list of students recognized on the Dean’s List for the fall semester. Of the many undergraduate students who qualified for the Fall 2022 Dean’s List, Zachary Oxford, of Camden, was named.

“The Dean’s List achievement among the majority of Belmont’s students exemplifies our commitment to exemplary education,” said Belmont Provost Dr. David Gregory. “It is a privilege to recognize the academic accomplishments of our students, and the university looks forward to the continued education and growth of those who have entrusted us to equip them to thrive.” Dean’s List eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C. With a focus on whole person formation and data-informed social innovation, Belmont is committed to forming diverse leaders of character equipped to solve the world’s complex problems.
