Lisa Shauna Johnson Gossett, 68, of Knoxville, went to be with her Savior Christ Jesus, from her home on Monday, July 25, after a long illness. Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation Options, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Gossett was born Dec. 31, 1953, in Waverly, to David E. Johnson and Sara N. Johnson. She was a loving sister and friend. She attended Memphis State University and was a loyal and dedicated employee of Hayes Pipe Supply for 44 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Gossett, and a brother, David E. Johnson, Jr.
She is survived by two sisters, Mary Johnson, of Oak Ridge, and Sara (William) Sides, of Knoxville; a brother, Bart Johnson, of Camden; nieces, Shellie Johnson and Carly Short, nephews, William H. Sides, III, Zac Sides, and Jeremiah Johnson, and a large number of loving cousins, friends, and co-workers.
