1949-2019

JW U. Chadwick, Jr., 69, of Eva, passed away quietly in his sleep on Thursday, Oct. 10, at his residence, after battling with cancer since 2005. Plunk Funeral Home of Camden was in charge of his cremation.

Mr. Chadwick was born Dec. 18, 1949, to the late JW U. Chadwick and Dottie I. Chadwick-Hacker. After retiring from Stater Bros. Markets in California in 2007, he and his wife, Jackylea moved to Eva in 2007. He was a Boy Scout leader for many years and was a Chapter Director for Chapter CA1I of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Saundra Martin and Pamela Harris.

He is survived by his wife, Jackylea Chadwick; a son, JW U. Chadwick, III, a daughter, Jami (Cam) Lavin, two grandsons, Nathaniel (Sandy) Duncan, and Cooper Lavin, a granddaughter, Megan Martin, and many cousins in McKenzie, Gleason and Paris Landing.
