Despite the presence of the ambulance, this single-vehicle accident that occurred across from the Benton County Co-Op on Natchez Trace Road in Camden on Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 24, resulted in no injuries. The driver and his dog walked away under their own steam, and the only damage to his truck was inflicted on the driver’s side running board, according to Camden Police Chief George Smith. Traffic on the roadway was backed up temporarily as first responders assisted in getting the pickup back on its wheels.
