Let’s be honest—working out isn’t always the most fun activity you could be doing in your spare time. It’s repetitive, and your body might constantly signal for you to stop right after you begin. This is why you should try to make your workouts more exciting. Go to the gym with your friends and challenge each other. Switch up the exercises you do when they get stale. Feel free to listen to music or podcasts as you exercise. All these methods can hold you up on those days when you just aren’t feeling up to the task.
