On 10/9/19, the following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury/Circuit Court:

Steven Warren Richardson, resisting stop/arrest/search.

Kenneth R. Smotherman II, theft of property up to $2,500, aggravated burglary, burglary

Julie Rae Arnold Smothers, theft up to $1,000.

Mark Clinton Whitfield, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, theft of property up to $10,000

On 10/16/19, the following defendants paid court costs/taxes, and received fines, sentences, probation, or court orders:

Jerry Dwayne Baker pled guilty to criminal trespass. Citation paid in full. No other information provided.

Aaron Cornwell pled guilty to violation of an order of protection/restraining order. No fine reported. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 20 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for two terms of 11/29. Must complete mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations.

Kristina Dow pled guilty to placing 911 calls in non-emergency situations. No fine reported. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 10 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29, may become non-reporting once paid in full.

Thomas Freeman pled to lesser charges of theft of merchandise up to $1,000 and vandalism up to $1,000. Fined $250. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 8 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation for 11/29. Must complete random drug tests.
