1935-2019

Billy Lewis Jordan, 84, of Camden, passed away Sunday, Oct. 20, at his residence. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 23, at 11 a.m., at Crossroads Missionary Baptist Church in Camden with Randy Thompson and Arzell Douglas officiating. Burial followed at Crossroads Cemetery. Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home of Camden was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Lewis was born Jan. 31, 1935, in Benton County, to the late Lynch Jordan and Nelle Oxford Jordan. He was a retired crane operator with TVA, a U.S. Army Veteran, a 50-year Mason in the Camden Lodge #179, and a member of Crossroads Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dianne Muller and two brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Jordan.

He is survived by his wife, Jan Seratte; three sons, Billy L. Jordan, Joseph L. and Jeffrey (Rhonda) Jordan, and a sister, Delana (David) Rayburn, all of Camden; two grandchildren, Jennifer (Jason) Rubel and Jimmy L. Jordan and two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Ben.
